Where does my order ship from?
We ship from London, UK. European Union and United States locations coming soon!
How long does it take to receive my order?
This depends on your shipping method. Typically 2-14 business days depending on your location. For non-UK delivery, you may be responsible for local import duty & taxes. We are working on including worldwide duties for our shipments, stay tuned!
When does my order ship?
After payment, typically within 48 hours. This is our goal. However, some orders may take up to 72 hours to ship depending on quantity and location.
How do I check the status of my order?
Login to the website and click on your account. You will see the status under each order number.

We offer refunds for damaged or deflect products only within 14 days of receiving the order. See our Return Policy for details.
I don’t like the product I received, can I return it?
Only unused, unopened products with original packaging will be accepted for store-credit only.
I ordered the wrong size, can I return it?
Yes. We will accept returns for incorrect size and send you the right size or store-credit.

It is very likely! Especially if your event IS NOT located in the USA, Germany, Philippines or Portugal where many events already happen yearly.
