Refunds

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please note that if your country of residence is not the United Kingdom, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Damages and Issues

Contacting the manufacturer is always a good first step.  Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right. Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gasses. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 3 day cooling off period

In spite of the above, if merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 3 days for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Shipping

Where does my order ship from?

We ship from the UK and USA. EU and other countries coming soon!

How long does it take to receive my order?

This depends on your shipping method. Typically 2-14 business days depending on your location.  For non-UK delivery, you may be responsible for local import duty & taxes.  We are working on including worldwide duties for our shipments, stay tuned!

When does my order ship?

After payment, typically within 48 hours. This is our goal. However, some orders may take up to 72 hours to ship depending on quantity and location.

How do I check the status of my order?

Check your email for tracking number or login and click on your account (top-right corner). You will see the status under each order number.

Do you offer refunds?

We offer refunds for unused, damaged/defective products only within 14 days of receiving the order with original packaging and accessories if applicable. See our Return Policy for details.

I don’t like the product I received, can I return it?

Only unused, unopened products with original packaging will be accepted for store-credit only.

I ordered the wrong size, can I return it?

Yes. We will accept returns for incorrect size and send you the right size or store-credit.

Will you sponsor me?

We're not sponsoring new riders at the moment. If you shred and rep the brand, we'll find you!

Will you sponsor my event?

It is very likely! Especially if your event IS NOT located in the USA, Germany, Philippines or Portugal where many events already happen yearly.
