Free shipping applies to orders over £50 after discounts. Additional offers and promo codes cannot be combined. The largest discount will be applied automatically.
We ship from London, UK. European Union and United States locations coming soon! Orders typically ship within 48hrs after payment but can take up to 72hrs depending on items. Non-UK orders please allow up to 72hrs to ship.
While most international destinations support tracked shipping, some countries do not. Therefore, we can't support tracked international parcels and it is not possible for us to offer a tracking number to these destinations.

- Due to local restrictions on postal services, we will automatically dispatch via DHL to ensure delivery.

In these cases, we will ship via Royal Mail International Standard Priority unless your country is detailed above.

How long does it take to receive my order?
This depends on your shipping method. Typically 2-14 business days depending on your location. For non-UK delivery, you may be responsible for local import duty & taxes. We are working on including worldwide duties for our shipments, stay tuned!

After payment, typically within 48 hours. This is our goal. However, some orders may take up to 72 hours to ship depending on quantity and location.

Do you offer refunds?
We offer refunds for unused, damaged/defective products only within 14 days of receiving the order with original packaging and accessories if applicable. See our Return Policy for details.
I don’t like the product I received, can I return it?
Only unused, unopened products with original packaging will be accepted for store-credit only.
I ordered the wrong size, can I return it?
Yes. We will accept returns for incorrect size and send you the right size or store-credit.

We're not sponsoring new riders at the moment. If you shred and rep the brand, we'll find you!

It is very likely! Especially if your event IS NOT located in the USA, Germany, Philippines or Portugal where many events already happen yearly.
